We aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days. You will receive email confirmation upon order and once your items have been shipped. Standard free delivery is 2-3 working days.
For all orders within the UK, shipping is free.
If you need your candle by a certain date, please do contact us and we’ll do what we can to get it to you in time.
We are currently only able to ship to Europe (EU, EEA and Switzerland).
For all orders to any country within Europe packing and shipping costs are £15.

Please note that all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
At Foss Candles, we take extra care when hand making and packaging your orders and we hope that you love our products. If for some reason this is not the case, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will try to resolve the issue.
On delivery, please check the products carefully. If you think these are faulty, damaged or not as described then please email us straight away to email@example.com and we will either resend the products or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty. If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs for the return.
